Glass is practical and beautiful.  I like that.

It's easy to take glass for granted; it's a ubiquitous part of modern living.  It's easy to forget the desirability of glass: that unique ability to hold color and motion and the play of light.

My work is utilitarian -- because I like useful things; but, that utility is underpinned with whimsy, color, fluidity, and the orderliness of the material so as to bring back the luxury that glass should hold.
